THE FUTURE IS HERE: Virtual Reality

As a technophile, i have read about virtual reality and i have seen a lot videos of people experiencing it, but i had never experienced it. One particular video i saw was a man who had to be away while his wife went into labour and all he had to do was a VR call. He was able to walk around the room, he could stand by his wife, he could see and hear everything in the room, he could talk to her and she could reply with only physical touch missing. The video is one of the most amazing video’s i have seen and all i could think of after that was; where i can i experience this? Recently, a friend of mine referred me to a VR Hub called Imisi 3D in Lagos to volunteer to push VR content in Nigeria. I immediately remembered that video and couldn't wait to experience it. When i got there, i met someone i had worked with in the passed and i was really happy about that, because i wanted to feel free as it was a big deal to me. Having a good day

Most times, when we wake up for the day, we do not know how the day is going to go. We just pray and  hope the day either goes according to the plans made or we pray for a miracle of some sort to turn our lives around. As i am currently jobless, i have not had a good day in a while, but today seems to be a good day for me. I went to my usual volunteer office in Yaba, had lunch with my little sister who is currently a student of Unilag and we spent quality time together having some major/joking conversations.  While i was escorting her out to the bus-stop, my friend shouted my name from a moving bus and stopped. I couldn't have guessed she was the one calling my name if she didn't stop, because she works in warri. We stood outside to gist for 30-45 minutes (She is that close a friend). After the gist, going back up in the elevator, i thought, i feel happy today. Happiness is what makes up a good day for me. So i started this blog to remember this day. I want...
